With the frigid weather this week, additional shelters are opening from this evening until tentatively Friday or Saturday. We will provide updates as needed.

Additional shelter may be opened once all beds are full.

A decision to open an emergency shelter has not been determined at this time. If an emergency shelter is opened, it will be at Canton Multipurpose Center located at 501 Soldiers Colony Road Canton, MS 30046. Individuals seeking shelter should contact the Red Cross.

No emergency shelter will be opened by the county. Individuals seeking shelter should contact the Red Cross.
