Partnership with Mindset Care to Provide Disability Application Services

In the spirit of HUD's Move On Strategy, the MS-500 Continuum of Care of Central Mississippi has partnered with Mindset Care to help individuals increase their income to help them obtain housing and achieve self-sustainability.  Mindset Care assists those with a mental illness or physical disability, and their caregivers, in applying for Social Security Disability benefits.
