We are thrilled to announce the upcoming 2024 Project Homeless Connect (PHC), scheduled for the third week of September. This event is dedicated to providing essential services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in our community.
About Project Homeless Connect
PHC is a national initiative that started in San Francisco in 2004 and has since expanded to over 200 cities across the United States. The goal is to offer a one-stop shop for people experiencing homelessness, providing easy access to a wide range of services and eliminating barriers to immediate assistance.
Event Features
The 2024 PHC will also include workshops to empower individuals on their journey to stable housing, a service fair, and a community carnival to create a supportive and uplifting atmosphere.
